Description
Attractive, detached, contemporary single-storey house with terrace, courtyard and private, enclosed 700m2 garden, 1 km from shops and beach. A luminous fitted kitchen leads to a very spacious living room with its bay window opening onto a very pleasant and peaceful terrace. On the same level, there are two beautiful bedrooms, one with a 160cm bed and the other with a 140cm bed. A third communicating bedroom has two 90cm bunk beds.) We can provide sheets on request, at a cost of €20 per bed. Private parking, garage, DVD player, free wifi. Baby equipment available on request. There is also a cleaning option at the end of your stay (which does not replace the daily cleaning) which will cost you 60€. Pets are accepted under certain conditions, for a supplement of €20 per pet per week, with a maximum of 2 pets per week. We look forward to welcoming you!

We're a retired couple, but still very active. I'm the first deputy mayor of my commune, and my remit includes tourism. So what could be more natural than to create this gîte, allowing us to discover people who come to us from all over France, and even from other countries. We love making contact with people and helping them to discover our beautiful region. The gîte is located at the same address as our house, in the same grounds, but on a 700m2 plot that is totally independent, enclosed and with private access. It is equipped as if you wanted to live there all year round and is located 900 metres from the beach and the nearest shops. Plestin les Grèves has the charm of a small tourist town with all the amenities of a large city, 2 supermarkets, 2 chemists, 1 doctor's surgery, nurses, vets and a very large commercial fabric. You can enjoy beach sports, boating, sand yachting, fishing on foot or by boat, as well as hiking on the 35 km of footpaths in our commune. As for entertainment, we're not short of things to do, with numerous summer festivals, a large market in the town centre every Sunday and lively markets on Tuesday evenings during the season. As you can see, our gîte, our village and our region have everything it takes to welcome you and ensure that you have a pleasant stay, with just one desire - to come back, as many of our visitors do.
